1999 was a year of waiting. We submitted our paperwork to Beijing in early February for a second daughter. We had specificially requested we be referred Sammie - but there were no guarantees. With great happiness, our family of three traveled to China in October to bring home our newest member Sammie. We returned home a family of four.
